Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how 30ohm L.P. ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on Depicta (depicta.ai).
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
2. Our Approach
We use essential cookies only by default. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent.
When you first visit Depicta, you will see a cookie consent banner with two options:
- Essential only — only the cookies required for the site to function (set by default)
- Accept all — essential cookies plus analytics cookies (if we add analytics in the future)
You can change your preference at any time (see Section 5).
3. Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for Depicta to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking the site. No consent is required for essential cookies under EU law (Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC).
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
session_id |
Maintains your authenticated session so you stay logged in as you navigate the dashboard | Until you log out or the session expires | First-party |
csrf_token |
Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks on form submissions | Session (deleted when browser closes) | First-party |
cookie_consent |
Remembers your cookie consent preference so we don't ask again on every visit | 12 months | First-party |
| Cloudflare Turnstile cookies | Bot protection on specific forms. Cloudflare Turnstile loads inside an iframe from challenges.cloudflare.com and may set cookies on that domain to verify that you are a human visitor. These cookies are required — without them, the human verification challenge cannot function and you would be unable to submit the protected forms. For details, see Cloudflare's Cookie Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Policy. |
Session or up to 12 months (set by Cloudflare) | Third-party (challenges.cloudflare.com) |
4. Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, self-hosted on our own servers in the EU. Umami does not set any cookies and does not collect personal data. It provides us with anonymous, aggregated statistics (page views, referrers, browser type, country) to help us improve the website.
Because Umami does not use cookies, no consent is required for its operation.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share any data with advertisers.
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
On Depicta
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer, which will reopen the consent banner.
In Your Browser
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View which cookies are stored
- Delete specific cookies or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all third-party cookies
Note: Blocking essential cookies may prevent Depicta from functioning properly — you may not be able to log in or maintain a session.
Browser-specific instructions:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we introduce new categories of cookies, we will request your consent before setting them.
