This Cookie Policy explains what 30ohm L.P. ("we", "us") stores on your device, or reads from it, when you use Depicta (depicta.ai): cookies, and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage and session storage. EU law (Directive 2002/58/EC, Art. 5(3), as transposed in Greece by Law 3471/2006, Art. 4(5)) treats them all the same way.

1. Our Approach

Depicta itself sets no cookies. We store only what is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for: keeping you signed in, protecting our forms from bots, and preventing payment fraud. That is why we do not ask for your consent and do not show a cookie banner. We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

If we ever want to store something that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.

2. What Is Stored on Your Device

2.1 Stored by Depicta

Our website also deletes cookie_consent and depicta_cookie_consent from your browser if an earlier version of the site left them there.

Stripe's cookies are set only when you open the checkout to buy credits. If you choose a wallet such as Google Pay or Link at checkout, that service may use its own cookies under its own terms. More information: Stripe's cookie policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, self-hosted on our own servers in the EU. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It sends the page address and title, the referrer, your browser language and counts of clicks on our own pages, but not your screen size. From your browser details our analytics server works out your browser, operating system and device type. It checks one setting, umami.disabled, which exists only if you created it to opt out, and it sends nothing when your browser's Do Not Track signal is on. It uses your IP address and browser details to work out your country and to count unique visitors with a one-way code that changes regularly; Umami itself does not store your IP address. It produces aggregate statistics (page views, referrers, browser type, country). See Privacy Policy, Section 11.

4. Managing What Is Stored

You can view and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and you can block cookies:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, and Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data

Note: if you block session storage, you cannot stay signed in to the dashboard. If you block Stripe's cookies, checkout may not work. If you block Cloudflare's frame, our protected forms cannot be submitted.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
