What's the free trial?
How do credits work?
Credits are your balance in EUR. When you generate an image, we deduct the actual cost. Different models and operations have different costs — check the pricing tables on this page for ranges.
Why do model prices change?
We generate images through third-party AI providers, so their prices shape ours. Providers change their rates, we add and remove providers over time, and EUR/USD rates may also affect upstream pricing.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from your last paid top-up. Each purchase resets the clock on all your credits — active users never lose their balance.
Can I get a refund?
You have 14 days to request a full refund on unused credits, per EU consumer protection law. Used credits are non-refundable.
Are there purchase limits?
Yes — up to €100 per purchase, and you can top up again only once your balance drops below €100. If you need more, or you're buying for a team, contact us.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?
The credit costs on this page are before VAT. When you buy credits, VAT is added at checkout based on your region. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles VAT calculation, collection, and invoicing.
