What's the free trial?
How do credits work?
Credits are your balance in EUR. When you generate an image, we deduct the actual cost. Different models and operations have different costs — check the pricing tables on this page for ranges.
Why do model prices change?
We generate images through third-party AI providers, so their prices shape ours. Providers change their rates, we add and remove providers over time, and EUR/USD rates may also affect upstream pricing.
Do credits expire?
Credits expire 12 months after your most recent paid top-up. When you purchase new credits, the 12-month expiry of all your credits (including any remaining balance) resets. Free trial credits and administrative credit grants do not move an existing expiry date.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of each purchase. We refund the share of the price, VAT included, that matches the paid credits you have not used. You withdraw with the "Withdraw from contract here" button in your billing dashboard, by email, or by any other clear statement. See our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
Are there purchase limits?
Yes — up to €100 per purchase, and your balance after a top-up cannot exceed €100. If you need more, or you're buying for a team, contact us.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No. All prices are in credits (EUR, excluding VAT; VAT is added when you buy credits), and VAT-inclusive prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record.

Our prices are set in EUR, and your credits are always in EUR. At checkout, Stripe may show and charge the price in your local currency instead; Stripe sets the converted price, which can include a conversion charge, and shows it before you pay. You can instead choose to pay in EUR at checkout. Card statements show LINK.COM* DEPICTA — Link is the brand Stripe uses on customer statements for its Managed Payments product.
