Profile
Section titled “Profile”Update your display name (one line, up to 255 bytes) and see your email address.
Prompt analysis opt-in
Section titled “Prompt analysis opt-in”Opt in to our prompt analysis programme:
- Your prompts may be analysed, without your account details, to improve service quality for all users; withdrawing your consent stops further analysis
- You receive a 3% discount on per-image costs
- You can opt out at any time; analysis stops at once, and the discount stops from your next generation
Content classification
Section titled “Content classification”Set your default content moderation strictness — Normal (brand-safe) or Liberal (wider latitude). Liberal is for erotic and provocative art of fictional adults, and dark themes. Explicit sexual content is never allowed, and nothing sexual of real people or of anyone who could be a minor. This can also be overridden per request. See Content moderation for details.
Two-factor authentication
Section titled “Two-factor authentication”Enable email-based 2FA for an extra layer of security. When enabled, you’ll receive a verification code each time you sign in.
Newsletter
Section titled “Newsletter”Opt in to receive product updates, tips, and occasional news. No spam — unsubscribe anytime.
Sign-in methods
Section titled “Sign-in methods”Settings shows the sign-in methods linked to your account. If you signed up with email, you can also sign in with Google or GitHub using the same email address.
Data export (GDPR)
Section titled “Data export (GDPR)”Choose Export my data. We email a confirmation link to your account address; it works once, for 30 minutes, and only the latest link works. Open it while signed in to the same account and confirm: the download (depicta-data-export.json) is then available once, in that session, for 15 minutes.
It contains your profile and linked sign-ins, your API key history (names, prefixes and dates, never the keys), every credit transaction, your generations with their prompts, requests that produced no image, content checks, image-processing operations, payments, withdrawals and refunds, your audit log, image and upload hashes, sign-ins, copies of the emails we sent you, human reviews of your requests, and your newsletter and waitlist entries. It never contains keys, passwords or tokens.

Close your account
Section titled “Close your account”Choose Close account. We email a confirmation link to your account address; it works once, for 30 minutes, and only the latest link works. Open it while signed in and confirm.
Before you confirm, we show your credit balance. Any credits left in your account are forfeited when you close it. If a purchase is still within its 14-day withdrawal period, you can withdraw from it first (see the Withdrawal and Refund Policy); closing your account does not take away that right. When you confirm:
- Closure takes effect at once and cannot be undone: we revoke your API keys and sessions, remove your name and password, and replace your email address with a one-way fingerprint that we delete within 30 days (Privacy Policy, Section 6)
- Within 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted — except billing records (retained for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires) and pseudonymized prompts (retained for the remainder of the 12-month window)
- Refunds already due to you are still paid
If you did not ask to close your account, contact us immediately at hello@depicta.ai.
If you delete your account, the link between the hash and your identity is removed immediately. The hash, the timestamp and the file type are retained.
